Shipping Information

We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 USD. We have 24 hours of processing time to those who wanted to change color and sizes. The average delivery time is 7-12 days. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order total and shipping address.

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@nealynora.com to obtain a Return Authorization Form. Include this form with your return for proper processing. Please use a trackable shipping method to receive confirmation when we receive the package.

For proof of return, we prefer video documentation upon opening the package. Please note that all returns and refunds are subject to approval. Without video proof, returns and exchanges will not be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once returns are received and inspected at our warehouses. Most refunds are processed within 7-14 business days. Sale items are marked as final sale and are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

We inspect all returned items. If items are damaged, overly worn, washed, missing tags, or otherwise show signs of abuse inconsistent with new, unworn merchandise and our return policy, refund and exchange privileges will be denied.
